What forms are required for my camper?
Campers and their Parents/Guardians are required to download, review, and sign the forms in the
(1) Camper Registration Pack and (2) Camper Health Form.
Where do I submit my forms?
The Camper Registration Pack must be uploaded through the registration portal.
Also, the Camper Health Form must be printed, completed, and BROUGHT to check‑in. To protect medical privacy, DO NOT upload or email health forms.
