What forms are required for my camper?
Campers and their Parents/Guardians are required to download, review, and sign the forms in the
(1) Camper Registration Pack (2) Camper Health Form and (3) The required form for all camp participants.
Where do I submit my forms?
The Camper Registration Pack must be uploaded through the registration portal.
The (1) Camper Health Form and (2) Required form for all participants must be printed, completed, and BROUGHT to check‑in. To protect medical privacy, DO NOT upload or email health forms.
