FAQs
How do I register my child(ren) as a camper(s)?
Please go to the "Forms" tab of this website and download the required forms to be filled out. Then, register your camper(s) through the camper registration link above. Each child should be registered individually if you are signing up multiple campers.
Will the price of each week increase?
Families who complete registration and full payment before April 15, 2026 are eligible for the early bird price. After April 15th, the price per week will increase to $525.00 per camper.
What should my camper pack?
A recommended packing list can be found in the "Forms" tab of this website.
Can my camper attend multiple weeks of camp?
Yes! We welcome all campers to attend more than one week of camp. Please ensure you mark all weeks your camper is attending on your registration form.
What is the refund policy for cancellations?
In general, payments are non-refundable. Please reach out to registercampstsava@gmail.com or individual week directors if you encounter an issue.
Are scholarships or financial aid available?
Camp St. Sava is committed to ensuring that every child can attend. Please contact us at registercampstsava@gmail.com if you have an issue.
What time is Check-in for Sunday Registration?
Check-in opens each Sunday at 12:00 PM (noon).
How do I pay my camper's registration fee?
Register your camper through the above camper registration link. After filling out all required fields, press "register" at the end of the form. You should then be routed to a Stripe Checkout page where you can submit your payment.
